Simplistic, yet powerful vehicle search

Only know a piece of a vehicle's VIN number? No problem type it into the Motorcentral search, and it will find your vehicle. The powerful search is extremely easy to use, only requiring a single piece of information to locate any vehicle.

Built-in Purchase Types

We understand that the costs associated with importing a car are different to buying locally, and different again if you're selling a vehicle on behalf of another party, so we've included different purchase types that make recording the different information easier.

On Behalf Of / On Consignment Purchases

Add a vehicle to stock on behalf of someone else, print an Agreement to sell, and track the vehicle outside of your own stock easier with separate reporting and expensing.

In Transit Vehicle Information

Record when a vehicle is in transit from overseas (or locally) and also related Shipping information such as Arrival Date, Port Location and Vessel Name. Print a list of those vehicles still in Transit including any money to be paid.

Up to 20 Vehicle Images

As more and more people purchase their vehicles online through sites like TradeMe, well taken photographs have become the No. 1 tool in a dealerships marketing toolkit. Motorcentral allows 20 photos per vehicle and automatically resizes them so you don't have to.

Accurate Expense Tracking 

We've taken the stress out of knowing the exact cost of each of your vehicles. With easy expense entry, your entire team will have the most accurate information at all times, minimising the ability to sell a vehicle at below cost.  Multi-currency capability.  

Vehicle Appraisals

Estimate the cost of repair or reconditioning on a vehicle at the time of purchase and then compare that figure with actuals later on. You can record both the Appraisal amount and Appraiser in Motorcentral. 

One-click retrieval of FuelSaver information

We've taken the hassle out of determining the FuelSaver information for each of your vehicles. With one-click Motorcentral will query the FuelSaver website and return the latest FuelSaver information for that vehicle. It's that easy. 

Consumer Information Notices

Print Consumer Information Notices straight on to plain paper. No need to buy expensive stationary or align your printer each time, just load up with plain A4 and Motorcentral will take care of the rest. You can even email CIN cards to customers and upload to your website.

Save time with Vehicle Templates

Create your own templates for new vehicles. You can set all the values (including standard purchase costs and expenses) of a vehicle, and when you create a new vehicle from that template those pieces of information will automatically be entered against your new vehicle.

Never forget with Task Reminders

All tasks now have the capability to remind you about an event prior to it occurring. Motorcentral will popup a screen listing those tasks that need attending to and you have the option to complete each task immediately, dismiss them or snooze for another reminder later.

Motorweb Integration

Pull vehicle information directly from your Motorweb account and avoid the hassle of double-entry of data. Motorcentral will talk directly with your Motorweb account and can quickly retrieve information from your previously recorded Motor Vehicle checks.

Print FuelSaver Labels

You can now print FuelSaver labels for your vehicles based on the FuelSaver information currently stored against each vehicle in Motorcentral.

Improved Backup Feature

You now have the option of backing up only critical information, important information or all information within the Motorcentral backup feature. Motorcentral backup files may also be stored on a hard drive or a removable disk.

Integration with Nichibo Japan

For those dealers who purchase some or all of their vehicles from Nichibo Japan, Motorcentral can now add to stock vehicles you have recently purchased from them. This saves you having to re-type all the vehicle information into Motorcentral.

Entry of Motorcycle Specific Details

We've gone to great lengths to include the motorcycle vehicle class into Motorcentral. You can select this type of vehicle at the time of entry and record different pieces of information about these vehicles compared with the other existing cars and goods vehicle classes.

Entry of Caravan Specific Details

Differentiate caravans from your other motor vehicles with specific information about caravans, such as berths, chassis type & width/length dimensions.

Manage Vehicle Expenses with Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders allow for a manageable way of tracking your outgoing expenses per vehicle. Create an order from a quote by one of your suppliers, which automatically adds an estimated econditioning item. Then when the invoice comes in check it against the original order to ensure you havent been overcharged!
