AMPD 2.0 just released!

We've just launched AMPD 2.0, giving you access to fresh new designs, added features plus four new seasonal campaigns.

What is AMPD?

AMPD CRM automatically generates and sends predefined emails, SMS’s and letters to your prospects & customers, so you can stay in regular touch with them both while they're looking to buy & until their next vehicle purchase.

  • Personal and branded templates that can be customised to your dealership’s messaging and branding.
  • Helps retain customers by staying in regular contact until their next vehicle purchase.
  • Maximises the opportunities being presented to your dealership.
  • Pricing only 50c per SMS or email. Posted letters $3.00.

Four new campaigns

We've added 4 new optional seasonal campaigns designed to help drive sales in those quieter times of the year. Learn more about each of these campaigns below. 

 

1. New Year, New Car

As customers look to evaluate the year ahead, encourage them to start the new year off with a new set of wheels.

2. Easter Deals

Easter is one of the biggest spending weekends of the year, making it a great time to encourage customers to hop into your dealership to view stock and see the deals you have on offer.

3. Winter Wheels

Winter comes with more severe road conditions which makes it a great time to encourage customers to upgrade their vehicle to one that is safer, warmer or more suitable for getting up the mountain.

4. Summer's Coming

Summer means road trips! And what better time to upgrade to a vehicle that allows Summer to be fully enjoyed. Encourage your customers to get ready for summer with a new set of wheels.

All campaigns have been designed to encourage previous customers to consider upgrading their vehicle, or be there in that moment when they have a friend or family member that is thinking about a new car. 

They suggest 9 vehicles that may be of interest to the customer. These suggestions are based off the customer’s previously purchased vehicle. You can choose which of these campaigns to activate.

We've redesigned our existing email templates with an overall more modern design.

 

BuyerScore

BuyerScore now appears in the footer of each email, displaying both your current rating and review count.

Finance Highlight

Drive customers to finance faster with our new ‘Apply for Finance’ panel. Links directly to your preferred online finance application form.
