Off the back of announcing the 2020 BuyerScore Winners a couple of weeks ago, we have received an incredible amount of feedback from dealers. It's been fantastic to see them using their awards across their marketing and advertising material to help them gain instant trust amongst car buyers.
These awards recognise dealerships and salespeople that are best in class at delivering great customer service.
We encourage all winners to leverage their awards in some way and have provided some great examples of how you can do this below.
You can display your BuyerScore Awards as an image poster on your vehicle listings on your website, Trade Me, Autotrader etc and also in the vehicle description (check our vehicle template tutorial to learn how to do this).
Adding your award badges to your website provides instant credibility when visitors land on your website. Link them back to the BuyerScore website for validation.
Throughout your dealership
There are many ways you can advertise your awards throughout your dealership - such as signage, flags and displaying your framed certificate (just to name a few).
Vehicle windows stickers
Placing stickers on each vehicle window shows customers browsing your yard just how great your dealership is.
It's also a great way to remind customers post-sale that they made the right decision purchasing off your dealership. It can also help drive referrals as passengers ask about your dealership after seeing the sticker.
Including your awards in your email signature provides instant credibility and trust as potential customers receive correspondence from you.
Facebook adverts / social posts
Creating a Facebook advert and targeting it towards people in your region is a great way to promote trust in car buyers who haven't heard of your dealership before, and to encourage them to visit your dealership.
Attaching a keychain to each car key with your award and dealership details printed on the back is another great wat to remind car buyers they made the right decision purchasing off your dealership, and again - another way to promote conversations amongst friends and family to encourage referrals.
